Josh, a true Gold Coast local raised on a farm in Mudgeeraba, embodies the quintessential Gold Coast spirit. His upbringing on a dairy farm, starting work at 4:00 am and being one of 11 siblings, instilled in him a solid work ethic and a competitive edge. With a sibling who excelled in NRL for the North Queensland Cowboys and another who represented Australia in swimming, Josh is no stranger to high achievement himself. He boasts a world title in Aquathon and a second-place finish at the Noosa Triathlon.
Josh’s extensive travels through sports have given him a deep appreciation for the Gold Coast’s appeal. With its beautiful weather, golden beaches, lush hinterland, and more affordable housing compared to the Southern States, it's no wonder the Gold Coast has seen rapid growth in recent years.
As a property owner and investor, Josh has a personal understanding of both sides of the property transaction and values building trust with his clients.
