I believe in a transparent, ego-free approach to real estate. I’ve bought and sold numerous properties throughout my career, always with a focus on maximising value through renovation or off-plan purchases, and I’d love to do the same for you. Over the past 10 years I’ve owned and run businesses in the Southern suburbs of Kirra, Tweed, Tugun & Burleigh Heads , I’ve developed a strong understanding of the Southern Gold Coast’s unique market dynamics. I also bring a well-established network of local contacts that I can introduce to your sales campaign. My approach isn’t about grand promises but about being a friendly, approachable face who listens to your goals and helps you navigate the process with confidence. A local to the Southern Gold Coast and former business owner, Haines has spent over a decade building deep roots in the community. It's no surprise if you have seen him around the Currumbin area, enjoying the ocean with his kids or grabbing a coffee at your local café. His passion for the region, combined with a solid background in business has set him up perfectly for his role as a sales agent with Property Boutique.
Before entering the world of real estate, Haines founded and ran a successful health food business residing in Tugun, and most recently served as the State Sales Manager running another QLD business. His years in the business’s world have given him valuable insights into customer service, relationship-building, and sales strategies, all of which he now brings to real estate. Backed by a formal education, Haines brings both practical experience and a strong educational foundation to his work.
In 2022, after selling his business, Haines and his family took the opportunity to travel around Australia, but no place compared to the charm of the Southern Gold Coast. It was this love for the area, coupled with his passion for beachside property, that led him to join the Property Boutique family.
